1. Intellectual property rights

No information or material on a We Digital Ltd Site may be copied, reproduced or downloaded without We Digital Ltd.’s express permission in writing.

   2. All brand names, product names and/or service names used in a We Digital Ltd Site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. Any use of any such brand name, product name and/or service name without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder may constitute an infringement of that rights holder’s rights and We Digital Ltd gives no permission for the use of any such item in any way whatsoever.

2. General terms applicable (including limitations on liability)

   8. The laws of England shall apply to these Terms of Use. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use and/or any We Digital Ltd Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should any We Digital Ltd Site be accessed by anyone outside of the United Kingdom, it shall be that person’s responsibility to ensure compliance with any local’s laws to the extent that they do or may apply.

   9. Posting content on We Digital Ltd sites

      1. Acceptance of Terms: Posting content (including but not limited to: (a) posting any text, photograph, graphics, video and/or audio; and (b) creating your profile) on any We Digital Ltd Site will constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use and any guidelines or “house rules” that are posted on such We Digital Ltd Site(s) (“Guidelines“).       3. Your Content: We Digital Ltd reserves the right to suspend or delete without notice any content which: (a) it believes in its sole discretion to be detrimental to the enjoyment of any We Digital Ltd Site by users; (b) breaches these Terms of Use and/or the Guidelines; or (c) is the subject of a validly served copyright infringement notice.
By posting content on a We Digital Ltd Site, you grant to We Digital Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use and distribute (in whole or in part) such content for any purpose in any and all media (whether now known or hereafter devised) including but not limited to the internet and broadcast television and you hereby waive all so-called moral rights you may have in the content. This licence includes the right to grant sub-licences.

      4. Your Privacy: Each We Digital Ltd Site is operated in accordance with We Digital Ltds privacy policy Without prejudice to the generality of the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that we may disclose your content and your identity to third parties where we are required to do so by law.

      5. Your liability: for your content and/or conduct We Digital Ltd shall not be liable for: (a) any user content posted on any We Digital Ltd Site; or (b) the conduct of any user of any We Digital Ltd Site. You agree to indemnify and hold We Digital Ltd, its group undertakings, and each of their directors, officers, and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with: (a) any content posted by you or through your account on any We Digital Ltd Site; (b) your use of any We Digital Ltd Site; or (c) any breach of these Terms of Use and/or any Guidelines or of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination: We Digital Ltd may terminate your account and/or delete any content (including but not limited to your profile) that you have posted on a We Digital Ltd Site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing any We Digital Ltd Site (or any part of the same) for any reason, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
